110 Pearl Street
Buffalo, NY 14202
The Dun Building has the honor of being Buffalo's first steel-framed sky scraper, finished in 1895. It is also believed to be the first fireproof building, constructed in Renaissance-Revival style bricks, tile, concrete and steel. The building is named after Robert G. Dun the first occupant and the founder of the R.G. Dun Company that became Dun & Bradstreet, the nation's oldest and largest credit reporting agency.
