The Historic Warehouse Lofts are a renovation of a warehouse building built in 1913, now designated as a historic structure. Each unit features hardwood floors, granite countertops as well as maple cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen.  The two bedroom units have two bathrooms and lots of closet space.  Each tenant will receive their own storage area in the basement.

All units are fully air-conditioned. All parking lots are gated and there will be cameras at every entrance and exit, as well as in the parking lots.  As part of the rental, Historic Warehouse Lofts will be offering a one year, free gym membership to the Flickinger Athletic Center (part of Erie Community College), which is a 2 minute walk from the lofts.
