The Larkin Building was originally part of the Larkin Company, one of the most innovative and successful marketing and manufacturing firms in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. CityView Properties purchased the former terminal warehouse in 2002 and completely renovated it into a state-of-the-art mixed-use commercial complex that is over 70% occupied. This 600,000 square foot, ten-story building is located at Exchange and Van Rensselaer Street in Buffalo.
