One of the newer buildings in Downtown, One M&T Plaza was built in 1964 by Minoru Yamasaki for the Manufacture’s and Trader’s Bank (M&T). The 20-story building is located on the block bounded by Main, Eagle, Washington, and North Division Streets. During the summer months, M&T sponsors various events in their Main Street Plaza.
