Ultimate Restaurants brings excitement to one of the City's most historic and unique buildings.  Bacchus at the Calumet on Buffalo's famous Chippewa Street, is the newest concept from this progressive restaurant group.  Named for the Roman God of Wine in Greek Mythology, Bacchus is a temple for wine lovers.  Bacchus serves an international menu featuring small portions ideal for sharing with large or small groups.  The laid-back attitude invites guests to share many plates and different wines.  Over 200 wines are offered by the glass and the list boasts over fifty half bottles.  Full entrees are offered as nightly features.  The restaurant is open Tuesday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday from 4:30 p.m. to midnight.
