The Emerson School of Hospitality is a unique high school learning environment that blends academics, culinary arts, and food industry career training and a distinctive part of the Buffalo Public School district.  The Emerson Commons is a cafeteria-style restaurant operated by school staff and students.  It features innovative and delicious food at reasonable prices.  The Emerson Commons Food Court is a great lunch time spot in Downtown and features soups, hot carved sandwiches, lunch specials, a fresh salad/fruit bar, pizza by the slice and assorted homemade desserts.  The school also offers banquet and catering services.  Emerson Commons is open on school days and breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 am. and lunch is served from 11:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
